Common sense, but I've seen that you can craft them.

No you can t smith bows unless you want to break them....

But yes you can become a bowyer and craft bows and arrows.

To be bowyer in Skyrim you need to level up Smithing. Yeah that makes sense :whistling:

I think maybe they just labled that skill wrong, they should have called it "Crafting" or maybe "Making [censored]".
