If your with the vamps, all you can do is clear the path to the courtyard, if you went dg, you can't do anything to it. Kind of a bummer really

Both places are nice anyways, after you finish the QL the DG fort is pretty awesome

Castle Dawnguard gets nicer overtime as you progress in the quests.

I finished the QL and everything still looks [censored], the least they could have done was take away the cobwebs...
