Can you be a werewolf and also become a vampire? I'm just curious?
I wouldn't be a vamp anyways, it was annoying in oblivion!

Since being a werewolf gets makes you 100% resistant to disease: I guess no.

I do anything to not become a vampire. Uhhh.

I have a question and the answer could be a spoiler so.
Spoiler
If you are bit by a vampire can you go to the temple or Mara and select the shrine of Mara and it will cure vampirism? Cause it cures diseases so I'm wondering.

No because becoming a ww is a way to cure vampirism.
And as it is said before "being a werewolf gets makes you 100% resistant to disease".

I've wondered this myself. The console can most likely be used to inflict vampirism in even a werewolf character, and tbh, even with 100% disease risistance from werewolf, I've actually been struck with diseases several times, but it's rare. I suppose finding a vampire, stocking up on healing potions and just letting him have at you for a while MIGHT yield results.

Otherwise, it's possible that there is a so far undiscovered vampire questline like there was in oblivion.

You could also reverse the order? Become a vampire first, and then become a werewolf. Not sure that it would work, as I haven't tried vampirism yet.

Cant be both, not possible. Maybe a mod for PC that allow it. Becareful playing with the consoles and other commands, could corrupt the savegames big times!

To get the cure vampirism questline in Skyrim, just ask about rumors at nearly any inn, and you'll be told about someone who's studied them. Compared to previous games, it's relatively easy to cure it, but apparently this time around, you can get infected with vampirism repeatedly. The wiki says that becoming a Werewolf negates vampirism completely, even after being cured of lycanthropy, apparently.

Soooo I am not sure if this still works the same in Skyrim, as it did in norrowind, but the work around was while you were afflicted with Vamprisim, there was a quest to turn you into a Werewolf, resulting in the benifit of both. The downside was the sideways head glitch, which was only a graphical amusment.
Now seeing as there is a quest to become a werewolf, I have yet to come across one to be a vamp. It might be out there, and it MIGHT work, either which way.

In other words, not sure but it is plausable!

Hope this helps! And by help, I meen break the game..again. Haha!

I've read that vampirism also comes with complete disease resistance, so unless there's a potion you can make that will decrease disease resistance, each would seem to prevent the other.
