They offer no quests. But, in a less strict sense, the main quest up until Benny is working for them.

Nope. Apparently getting shot in the head and left in a shallow grave makes you too much of a risk to insure, so they won't give you any more work after that.

They let you ship items between locations so you don't have to haul it the entire distance yourself. Especially useful if you're changing safehouses and have more loot than your encumbrance.

Makes an interesting role play though. Ripe for a mod that requires deliveries to various NPCs. Perhaps when the game gets extended past the final battle you go back to your old job.

not that I have seen. But couriers were mentioned in FO2 as working for the NCR so maybe as The Courier working for the NCR...uh...I don't know where I was going with that thought...hmmm...
