Candy Apples and pink balloons PS3

Sure. I know it doesn't seem to fit with the topic, but after signing up and writing a few posts, and then finding them locked, I figured this title makes about as much sense as the explanations given to me as to why my posts were locked. Perhaps if a moderator stumbles upon this post, they may graciously open up an avenue of communication options (read as links) so that they may enlighten me as to what is acceptable and unacceptable in voicing my opinions of this debacle known as bethesda/ps3 relations. (ps) I hope that I will not be banned forever from this forum for typing the word moderator in my post.
Actually, you know what? It doesn't matter. Come to think of it, there is more than enough here to warrant a legal investigation. Tens of thousands of posts- probably more- of dissatisfied xbox, ps3, and pc consumers regarding this company's products and marketable goods, and my opinions get locked ...because why? the forum isn't appropriate? How about the forum of discovery in a federal court ? It seems to me that you and yours are tasked with the burden of what's right and what's wrong moreso than what a dissatisfied consumer may post on a forum specific to that topic.
