Well I just got converted to serve Namira.. Killed the priest and taste a piece of his flesh. Got the ring that gives you health regenerate and hp increase

So, am I stuck as a cannibal? There's no cure? Because I think those people are sick and I am slowly having the urge to slay them all!

You can't eat anybody that's dead unless you have the ring she gives you on. Just don't wear the ring and pretend your character had a nightmare.

Haha ok. I just hope it has ZERO affect towards other NPC's.

And I feel bad for slaying the priest...

No, only when you consume a corpse.

Conversely, you can turn on the Cannibals and slay them (Take care! The Priest will awaken still under their thrall until all the Cannibals are dead, so don't kill him!), and then get 750 gold from the Priest you rescued.

So killing him is the only way to get that ring and complete this Daedric quest?

After killing the cannibals you are not stuck with that "gift" i take it?

A gaurd commented on my foul breath and asked what I was eating. Either thats werewolf related (I eat bandits) or narmia... Since it only happened after the quest, yes folks notice.

Nope. Only way to get the ring is complete the quest.

To be fair, outside eating people regularly for the regeneration bonus, the ring is +50 Stamina. I'm a Warrior Character and even I don't find it that impressive. I'll save the ring for my "Power At Any Cost" Vampire Mage.

Well since i RP someone that isn't all that "bad" i could never see myself eating others!

Heck...not even should i fall to the dark side!
