idk if this is a bug or something ive done or if its a known bug but....
i recently deecided to become thane of all the holds and went to mistveil keep and there is no dialog box with the jarl maven blackbriar she said (without a dialog box) that i could purchase a house which i then did and now she just says "hmm?" "hmm?" ive completed civil war and sided with imperials and finished thieves guild quest and done some jobs for steward but the jarl wont talk to me...
iv downloaded 1.8 and all dlcs including dragonborn if that matters
