I finally got through the opening filmstrip by waiting for 15 minutes after launching the game. I have gotten to character creation, but have no ability to change anything about the character other than his race. I am unable to hightlight Body, Gender, Head or any other information with either my mouse or my WASP keys. I am running WinXP.

If anyone has useful assistance, it would be appreciated. Anyone who simply wants to mock or insult me, please refrain. I'm not a techno-savvy genius. I'm just an RPG lover, who has spent a lot of money on Skyrim and the strategy guide, and would, after 10 months, like to finally have the opportunity to play.
