Okay I cannot find her after I used shotgun diplomacy on Keene. I tried console commands but I am not sure if they are the right ones . So people do you have any ideas ?

calamity if you've never found her, is in either the mormon or caravan (i forget which) posts near one of the entrances to freeside vegas. She's a ghoul cowgirl girl often sitting just inside the area by some sort of barracade.

She is in Jacobstown and is not the cowgirl.

I had the exact same problem.
I used player.moveto 0013d832
and found her in a secluded room.

spoilers anybody...?

She's probably upstairs in one of the rooms.
When I killed Keene I went upstairs to the left I think and saw her sitting on a chair in one of the rooms.
