So I'm now at the DLC place and I'v killed a few dragons and gone around the place and so far I have encountered a bunch of random encounters but the main one where the 3 cultists come up to you asking if you're the dragonborn ect. I'v had 2 random encounters where they were cutlists but it was only 1 each time and they attack me right away so idk how else to start the main quest for this DLC when I can't get the letter/note from them cause I can't find them.

Also I got here from just going to the docks at Winterhold and paying the guy to take me there.
