Hi, its me again. I completed the imperial quest line, completed blood on ice and I still cannot get this house, when I speak to the Jarl, he just makes rude auto dialogue. The same for his Housecarl and his Steward. I've searched for a bug like this and have not found anything. Anyone heard of it? I think I'm screwed. I don't see why Windhelm would be upset at me, since the Jarl is technically imperial... Everywhere i search for this happening, they say to complete blood on ice, well I did. What now?
