cannot be placed on weapon plaquesracks. The bow will fall o : V

I read that the special DLC Dawngaurd BOW called:

Spoiler

"Zephry"

cannot be placed on weapon plaques/racks. The bow will fall off and land on the floor nearby.

I have seen this happen with a few other weapons as well. What causes this to happen?
