My problems started the day I bought the game. They have progressively gotten worse. My issue is simple, the game is freezing more and more as I progress along in the game and is now at the point where I can no longer even load my save files. The error message I am getting is that the game is scratched and the disk is unreadable. However, I am able to start and save a completely new game. When I try to load from the start screen I get the same message. The game is not scratched and my other games still work fine. Which makes me think there is something wrong with my disk and the farther I get into the game, the less it works. I can't take it back and I don't want to lose my saved games. I cannot seem to find anyone else with this issue which makes me think I got a lemon for my CD. Anyone know how I can get a hold of Bethesda and maybe try to exchange my disk? Where I bought it won't do it. Thanks.

What store did you buy from that won't take back a disc? As long as it looks like you haven't abused it most stores will allow you to do a straight one to one swap.
