I have a bug where I am unable to start Froki/Kyne's quest. This is after I got patch 1.4. When I found Froki's Shack and talked to him about the quest, I did not want to do a quest right then, so I simply exited the conversation on the "I'm not interested" or "Yes. Tell me what to do." dialogue. However, I soon decided that I wanted to go ahead and do the quest, since it looked fun, but when I went back and talked to froki the only dialogue options he had at all was about that boy, "Tell me about Kyne." that did nothing except as stated, and "I'm not interested." Thus, I am unable to even get the quest in my quest list at all.

I have tried clearing the 360's cache, Skyrim's specific cache, uninstalling and reinstalling patch 1.4, loading from previous saves, etc, but nothing has worked. Google has turned up nothing for me on this as well. I don't know if this bug is caused by the 1.4 patch or not, because I've never done this quest (or even discovered that location) before until after that patch.

Has anyone had that problem with this quest? If not, has anyone had this kind of issue with other quests?

i've had this same issue on the PS3. but no idea how to fix it.

This is why I NEVER turn down quests. If someones giving me a quest, I take it....even if I'm not interested in doing it right away..cause whats the harm of taking it now and doing it later? Absolutely nothing.. it actually saves you time since you don't have to find the place with the quest again, and go back there to get it. In the future; if you come accross a quest and you arn't interested in doing it right away.. TAKE IT ANYWAYS!!!!!! The majority of the quests don't require you to do them right away, unless someone starts following you because of the quest, those are the only ones I find you have to do right away.
