First off id like to say great job making the game, this is arguably the best game I have ever played. Also I'm not sure why so many people are having graphics issues and sounds issues, this game is optimized near perfectly in my opinion, I'm running a Radeon Sapphire HD4890 1GB, 3 GB, 2.6 GHZ Dual core, and my PC is a Dell Dimension 9800, this PC I got in 2006. I can max out every single setting in the game and run a solid 30FPS outside and a good 40-50 indoors. I have literally everything maxed out including fade distance. I couldn't even run Fallout New Vegas as good as this game and this game is much nicer visually.


I've been playing for a few hours now and the only "bug" I've had is that I cannot unequippt the summon familiar spell in my right hand. I can change my left hand spell to whatever. I have tried to change weapons, two hander, bows and those work fine. I can't dual wield anything since no matter what Summon familiar is always in my right hand, this includes when i try to dual wield sword for example, ill just be stuck with a sword in my left and summon familiar in my right. This is a not a large problem because I do use the spell often. I can dual wield summon familiar also, but Its impossible to dual wield any other spells. As a side note I do have the destruction dual wield bonus that is in the destruction tree. I have also tried to remap the keys to various buttons, this didn't work also.


Thank you Bethesda for another amazing game, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Cant wait for mods and DLC!

I still have this problem too, but a workaround I do is assign a hotkey to a spell/item.

Put the item you want to equip in favorite then assign a hotkey.

This is also great for double wielding spells. Just press 1 twice and you'll be like Ryu doing the hadouken motion for flame.

Thanks for this workaround, but it's still very tedious to do when you often change equipment.
I use Control for right hand and X for left hand and I just CANT use these keys to equip stuff in the inventory. I CAN however use these keys to equip stuff in the favorite menu. Beth, please fix this...

Actually after installing the update my interface is working properly now for using the mouse to select weilding spells -- left mouse button selects left hand spell right button for right hand and both for dual weild like it is supposed to be so I guess they patched it already -- make sure you have the update installed.
