Is it just me or can you not block while deul wielding?

In ES4 you could cast and block with sword if im not mistaken. Casting shouldnt prevent me from parrying with the blade. I was wondering why in all the videos nobody was blocking.

And you cant block with either of two swords?

in ES4 blocking with sword was SO fast and made not using a shield a viable option in certain fights. Sad that if thats not the case anymore.

Great game its not a game breaker or anything. Maybe someone will mod it in.
