So I know this is pretty old news but I never learned why. Does anybody know why you cant kill the officers at the stormcloak or imperial camps? I mean once you beat the civil war there is really no point to them. And once youve beaten this campaign they tell you to go clear out the enemy camps. But you cant fully do this.

Because they're still glitched into a "Quest Related" group of NPC.. Because if you sided with that team you would eventually take quests from those officers and the game locks them down as quest driven NPC's and never unlocks them.
