Hi , today i popped popped in Skyrim to my Xbox and i cant see the minimap,

at first i couldnt see any but if i go to settings and click on display and screen format, and change to widescreen it doesnt cut off anymore, but i can only see half of the minimap,

my tvs dumb and i can either play on AV and have the minimap but really bad graphics, or component and not use the minimap,

my tv wont let me switch from wide to 4:3 etc its stuck on wide, any help???

Um- there...isn't...a minimap?

There isn't a mini-map during main exploration. There's a local map in the menu (hit X in the map section).

Oh! Do you mean the compass? I hear that's a problem with either HUD Opacity (Options - Video menu) or standard definition TV's. If it's your TV, I don't really know what to tell you.
