Before you read ANY of this, I will try to be as vauge as possible so as not to ruin anything for anybody.

So to start off, I have a lvl 45 Redguard who excels in one handed and illusion. I have done some of the easy leveling up tricks, such as the illusion one...which I was basically forced into.

I received a bounty in Markarth for a dark brotherhood quest I believe. I went back to Markarth, did the jail time/quest and broke out. I never lost my bounty. Fast forward a few days and I find myself back in Markarth for the Thieves Guild. As soon as I get into the city I am confronted by a dozen guards. I get the options to:
a) Im with the guild how about you look the other way
B) Serve jail time
c) Id rather die

Unfortunately, it seems as if the Guild doesn't carry much weight in Markarth, so option (a) doesn't work. Because I already completed the jail time quest, (B) no longer works either. Honestly I could fight my way to where I'm going but as soon as I engage in conversation, I get swarmed and ultimately killed, so © is not as desirable. This is where I went to do the illusion leveling just so I could be able to cast the invisibility spell. Return to Markarth, cast invisibility, go where I need to go to activate the next part of the quest and finally complete it. Now I avoid Markarth at all times. Honestly if this was how it was going to be, I'd rather get kicked out of the thieves guild just so I could pay the bounty.

Fast forward a few days and Im doing the companions quests. They want me to go to The Reach. Well, turns out, I have a bounty there as well. So my options are:
a) Im with the guild how about you look the other way
B) Serve jail time
c) Id rather die

Well this is annoying. Apparently, the guild carries no weight in The Reach either, so option (a) is no good. For whatever reason, I can't serve my time so (B) is no good either. And Im right back where I started with ©.

Am I missing something? Why can't I just pay the normal damn fine? I dont care if its 10k coin, my character is loaded. Ill make these dudes enchanted daedric weapons if I have to.

So I ask you guys, what do you think I should do? Is there any way to pay these bounties so I can FREELY explore this world? Honestly it annoys me to no end that I am stuck having to bash my way to these objectives through level 45 NPC city guards. Any help is appreciated.
