Personally, I think if you had gone the resist arrest route you'd of had to of gone to the local thieves guild to get the bounty on you removed, otherwise you'd need to pay even more gold and surrender your stolen goods.

Well, the way I see it is that you've violated the law, you're only options where to pay the fine, go to jail or resist arrest.

My friend and I were on our motorcycles and were going 85 in a 75.
