I have no idea why, I cant even talk to any of the carriage drivers. They only have generic dialogue. I disabled all mods and still wont work. I am very confused. Has anyone ever heard of this bug? I cant even engage in conversation with any of them...

Yes I do, And also I have hearthfire and the driver that comes with my house even has generic dialouge. very odd. I'm not even over encumbered.

That IS odd. I'm afraid I can't be of any help - perhaps ask a mod to move this to the PC Hardware/Software forum? If anyone's had this problem, you're most likely to find them there.
