I have encountered quite a problem. I was in the middle of the quest "No, Not Much" and I needed to go to Camp McCarran, and finish the quest "I Put a Spell on You" to get Colonel Hsu to send more troops to Bitter Springs.

However, in the middle of the quest "I Put a Spell on You" I need to talk to LT Carrie Boyd, as part of the quest. She is interrogating a Legion soldier, and asked me for help. I agreed, and started to interrogate him, and then she says "carry on" after she comes in the first time while interrogating him, and leaves the room.

However the Soldier only responds with "Get away from me" and I cannot say anything else to him. So I walk out of the room, and try to talk to Boyd, and she says "Lets finish this, then we can talk" which puts me into a spot where I can't finish either quests, because I need to talk to her to finish "I Put a Spell on You" quest.

I can't reload a saved game due to it auto saving while leaving the interrogation room, and I don't want to kill the soldier because it gains me negative NCR reputation.
