I sure I'm missing the point on this....

So I've given Cass whiskey to drink, but she still keeps saying "All this travelling is making me thirsty." and "Sure could use a drink.".

How do I get her to drink it?
Do I have to drink whiskey to get her to drink?

She also has a lot of empty whiskey bottles (small), maize, 2 mutfruits, yeast and fission battery, but won't make moonshine either.
I can't make it because my Survival skills are too low.

I'm pretty sure that to get her to make moonshine you have to have the ingredients in YOUR inventory, then talk to her about it.

Well I think she is telling that she is thirsty just to point out that she loves whiskey. I gave her some whiskey too, for a RP reason. I don't think she can drink it.

You make the Moonshine at a campfire. Cass doesn't make it for you, she just unlocks the recipe for you.

Gahhhh, why do you have the dialogue option "Can you make me some more moonshine?" with her then? I'm sure I had her make me some, but it's possible that lack of sleep has muddled me...

I'll have to try this as soon as I get back the comfort of my 360. Now I want to know. I do know (for sure) that the recipe becomes available to you. I've made it at a campfire.

I looked it up on the Wiki which agrees with me that she will make it for you - http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Cass%27_Moonshine, I started to wonder if I was loosing my marbles!
