I have just started messing around with the Creation Kit, learning from the wiki as I go. However, when I just tried to use it, the Cell View window is gone. When I try to toggle it using the view tab, I can see the little transparent window animation of it opening and closing going down off the bottom of the screen so I think it is just down were I can't get to it. When I loaded the kit, all of the windows loaded partly off screen but I was able to grab them and drag them back, except for the Cell View window. This means I am unable to load a cell to work on. How can I get the window back, or is there another way I can load and edit a cell?

mmm you can try minimizing the program. The windows do not minimize with the CK itself.

close the CK -- open the SkyrimEditorPRefs.ini file (should be in your Skyrim Folder same as your Launcher ) in Notepad find the following lines :


Change X=0 Y=0 W=400 H=400 -- ( this will draw the window at the upper left of your screen and with the window being 400x400 pixels so should be in a spot you can find it !! ) Save the file and reopen the CK and the window should be viewable now !
