I have tried to hold off posting on here, tried to let my anger / annoyance fade and try and give a reasonable description of my problems. But goddammit i just cant stop feeling so utterly let down and disappointed by everything.

I LOVED Fallout 3, actually loved it. I played that gane so much, got all the DLC for it and totally wore the game out. So i was really excited and couldnt wait untill New Vegas came out. And i felt the same when playing it, right up until "For the Republic:pt 2" broke my will.

I mean i had a total game breaking experience where i just couldnt go any further, Moore wouldnt move, i couldnt interact with him, and it said i ahd completed the quest. This was pre patch btw.

So, i waited, i sat looking at my New Vegas box, praying for the patch to be released to fix my game. It got released, EVENTUALLY!! So i started a new, fresh, clean slate, worked my way throught the wasteland, learning from my previous game and a little wiser for it.

Now i am on my 3rd re start and i STILL cannot complete that [censored] quest!!!! The patch done absolutely nothing for me!!! NOTHING!!! Moore just stands there with this stupid ass look on his face and i cant go any further.

Seriously, i am so pissed right now. I have pretty much gamed for about 23yrs and this has to be the single worst experience ( gaming wise ) i have come across. I have tried to let it go and just put it down as "one of those things" but [censored] it, why should i? I payed my money for this game and the least i should expect is to be able to play it. will i get that money back? No chance. And you can ram your DLC too. The least i would have expected was for it to be free, or virtually free all things considered!!!!

Now, i am aware that some people havent had problems with their games, so ther is no point coming on here and telling me this! I know this already, as i ahve seen it on many other posts from people with issues. It really doesnt help guys.

I think what i am saying is, as much as i was so excited about Elder Scrolls V coming out, i really think i'll have to scratch this one down to experience and give it a miss. Regardless if Obsidian made this one and Bethesda only produced it, or if Obsidian produced it and Bethesda made it. I dont care, both their names are on the box.

You have really let alot of people down on this one Obsidian / Bethesda. I dont know how your gonna live with it. Oh yeah, by sleeping on piles of our hard earned cash.

You say you've tried this quest 3 times... every time, have you approached it a different way, or the same way? It's possible the way you're approaching it is bugged, and that there's a workaround/another way you can do it.

Also, if it said it was complete... did the next quest come up? Is there someone else you then have to go and talk to, like the Ambassador or whatever? I've never done the NCR ending.
