Uh, I would say the chances are good, I guess? Huge can be defined differently by everyone, so for example while some may think of Dawnguard as huge, others may not.
Anyway, there's specific threads made for discussion on DLC.

Well then in that case the chances are very slim since Todd Howard is on record saying that there will be several "medium" sized add-ons instead of just one large one.
I loved Shivering Isles on Oblivion but I'm not going to be suprised if we never see anything of that calibur in Skyrim. I don't think we'll ever see any other region of Tamriel though I hope and hope to see at least the mainland of Morrowind.
I've been a fan of Elder Scrolls since I first picked up Morrowind on my xbox. Lately I've been getting a gut feeling that the pressure of the almighty dollar will likely stamp out the desire to create a large expansion dlc for Skyrim. we may find ourselves instead, with a large cluster of small DLCs which people won't feel is a must have dlc for the game like Shivering Isles was for Oblivion.
I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that I'm wrong. I hope we're being given DLC like Dawnguard and Hearthfire while they are working on something huge.

I hope the minds at Bethesda do not see Hearthfire as one of those medium sized add-ons. I don't feel it was... though I love having a big house with all those manniquins in my armory wing to display my collection... wonderful.
