I REALLLLLLLLY need help getting rid of this warpaint, people. I hate it now. I have this raggedy look to me and then there's that awefull warpaint, making me look mean right off the bat. Need help.

Though I'm not 100% certain if that's what you are asking for, but its what it sounds like.

If you're talking about a player character you could use the "showracemenu" console command and just fix-yo-face.

This also works. Though be warned that there are issues involved with changing race, however. Same with that mod, too.
