So got the game working, thought I'd escaped relatively unharmed after the patch (just had to roll back drivers) until I noticed this.

During conversation the names of characters no longer disappear, they just stay there in the light grey. Which means when you look at someone head on their name covers their face. There is also now a small grey box (few pixels) in the centre of my screen at all times. Very. Very. Annoying. Know other people have got worse problems but anyone else had this / got a fix? Definitely post patch...
