I am not sure if such mod does exist (according to a search on the nexus it doesn't) or even if it would be possible to realize that at all, but something I truly miss from Oblivion/Morrowind is the character sheet; I realize they took out stats such as Willpower, Strenght etc... but still I would LOVE a central page which would display (if not directly in game even to a local HTML/XML page or whatever) my health/magicka/stamina, all the spells in my spell books, faction ranks, kills, crimes and whatnot.

Something like that for instance:
