The OP asks how to make his own character, e.g. the player dragonborn into a follower for another character.
If I have two saves, one Nord and one Khajiit, I want to import the Nord as a NPC follower in the Khajiit savegame.
This possible?

The player data isn't stored in the construction kit, you would have to find some way of cracking open save files and extracting all the information on your character. I am not even sure its possible. you can always build your character from the ground up as an NPC, inventory, skill levels, face etc.

Load your save
Type SPF MyHero in the console, press ENTER
Import the face saved as NPC file to create a new character in the CK.
