i wanna b a full NCR and b like the first recon,i got some ideas but, i wanna know what other ppl think, primary wepons, (guns) all rifles besides laser and plasma that r scoped, secoundery, melee such as combat knife.

Just go with it. Your first 3-4 builds will be messed up until you figure out what you need. Best early picks include Endurance 7, tags in Speech and Lockpick as well as Good Natured trait which nets you quite a few extra skill points. Perks you want to grab are Educated, Comprehension, Better Criticals and Finesse. Everything else - to your taste.

well where would i get any of the rare rifles like brush rifle or trail carbin,my look consist of the ncr face [censored] armor with the wolf mask from the legion,looks sick but i wanna find thpse commandor glasses again so i can wear with my 1st recon beret, i got the guid book so if u put the location number on where the rare rifles r and any cool looking gear for ncr, i can probably find it,if u can pm iit cause its hard searching fo rmy post on my net book.oh and who thinks that should come out with a tactical set for assault carbin?i dooo! i saw lilly witht eh silenced AC and i was soo depressed when they dont have it as a mod.....oh and where do i find the light machine gun? oh and other ncr mission locations such as where i go to start them?

no im just used to typing short form alot, i try to atleast put punctuation in the right spots soo its not soo merged but wat i just did was like a paragraphe so idk y some ppl complain about not being able to read it, yea their's probably spelling errors but my spell checker isnt picking any up so yea
