what should we expect as far as chatting goes? ps3 chatting takes a good little while to respond to someone i doubt ps4 will be any different.

Not about consoles, they have their own megasever thus they can have their own UI system (thus Consoles will not "mess up" the system for PC users )

All platforms will have a chat system attached to them. And if you hate that it takes forever to type with the controllers, then go out and buy a wireless keyboard and type that way then, but still play the game with the controller. Saves you all that hassle.

One little nice feature on the PS4 is an app you can download on your phone. You see your friends list, trophies (I think), and send messages. But a keyboard works too.

Yes, I have this app, but it won't help you when you are trying to communicate with people in the game who aren't your friends.

I would love to se a chat box system as they have in EVE, its the damn best chat I've ever seen in a mmo..

You should, it has an major impact on total sales, probably more than the other stuff people are nitpicking about.

Um, If I'm not misstaken, console users will have a server for them selfs, so I as a PC player, wont be playing and therefor not communicating with em either.

So I do not care how they communicate, or how good the game sales on console..

Yes, separate servers, mainly because of chat but probably also controls.

Not sure why PS4 and Xbox One is on separate servers, might be that they need to communicate with MS and Sony networks.

yeah, I Think its Tech related aswell.. But I Think its that console users are at dissadvantge against PC user, mouse wins over controller in PvP.. etc etc...

i cant imagine a player playing a console MMO without a mouse and keyboard.

I can, I used to be a console player, could not Think of having anything but my controller in my hand back then..

i would prolly go 110% zerk mode if i even tried......
