And for those who are saying it's cheating, how so? Perhaps there can be an option to turn the ability off and on for PvP/privacy purposes. LOTRO had something like this and it allowed you to pick whether you can be "inspectable" or not.

I just like to see how I compare to other players around my level.

I enjoy inspecting other characters. It's a good way to see what they've accomplished. Hopefully there will be an armory online where you can look up anyone

i say tot al no, and i dont think we will be able to do it, se have the didiskise arrmor to lurk pass and of ppl can by auto se that he/she have a fake armor ...

Why not what is the harm of inspecting someone or as stated above ask.

No thanks, if someone wants to know what items my character(s) have equipped, then they can just ask.

Checking people in your faction, sure. Always Always nice to see how other other people gear up/play your class.

Web-based armory for character look ups, Meh. Not fussed.

i would like the inspect ability on realm characters. of course it should not show up for enemies, not like you would have time to inspect one anyway
