Child abuse in Skyrim

So i found theese not so children friendly guards in Riverwood that rather attacked the children instead of me even though i had a bounty on my head!

Its funny you can't kill kids in Skyrim... but you can kill their parents and their dog in front of their face , and the guards can lay the smackdown on them.......... lol
