Christmas, Halloween, Easter and such

Would anyone else like to see some annual events during these holidays in TESO? As these holidays don't exist in the TES universe, I don't want to see santa hats or easter bunnies, but I'd like them to come up with some kind of events. Maybe Molag Bal could cause a zombie apocalypse during halloweens? I don't want them to butcher the lore, but I have to admit that in the few MMOs that I've played, I really enjoyed holiday events.

I've thought about this too - while holiday events are fun, I'd rather have them not make up any new ES events. There are a massive amount of holidays in TES already for them too pick and choose from. They all have a particular TES style, and I'd prefer if there was pretty much no typical earth hallowe'en or christmas equivalent. If we see something which is just shoehorning in a wintery/spooky theme into a made-up holiday at the appropriate time of the year, I will not be best pleased.

I would like to see Elder Scrolls universe festivals rather than Halloween, Xmas, and so on.

Some of those holidays DO exist in the TES universe. I direct you to:

Look at saturalia, and the witches festival. Debauchery and terrible curses. Much more interesting than shoehorning in christmassy or hallowe'en stuff. Also, uncle Sweetshare.

I'd welcome lore-friendly seasonal events in ESO. But if I'll ever get to see orcs in lederhosen or red-nosed khajiit pulling flying sleds...

Honestly I feel these kind of events would take away from development efforts towards content updates, patches, etc. Plus, it's also a bad excuse for developers to cycle the same content every single year with the same holidays.

There always fun - but it would be dificult to impliment in a game putting such emphasis on lore. Halloween isn't too dificult - a cult surrounding Mannimarco for instance - but the others are dificult. Due to the fact that we're faction locked it'll be hard to do events unless they put safe areas in Cyrodiil where factions ally to address the problem. Otherwise copying the same holiday events into every province either breaks lore and makes it seem cheap/stupid/immersion breaking - or gives us more oblivion gates.

I'd like them - but only in lore and accessible to all factions. If in cyrodiil they'd give a nice break and allow players to socialise with other factions. How they do it without interrupting PvP is beyond me - perhaps being teleported to an instanced dungeon when asking an NPC.

I want the holidays to be lore specific, i do not want to see Christmas or Halloween.

Plenty of things going on without resorting to earthly festivals.

i would like to see LORE specific festivals.

all real world stuff should be kept away from TESO content as much as possible.
