Cicero and the nightmother aren't appearing at the falkreath sanctuary right after you finish the set of three contracts you receive from nazir.
Usually they would appear after finish a contract and returning to falkreath sanctuary however in my case, they aren't.
This means that i can't continue on with the DB questline!
Is there anyway to fix this? I really don't want to have to start again as I'm very deep into the game.
