So you pick a side for the civil war and sure the other side is not likely to be happy about it. yeah, I get that. But explain how 2 "city guards" can randomly attack me in the middle of a city, and no other guard tries to help defend me or stop them. These same 2 guards can kill whomever is unfortunate enough to get in-between them and me, also with no ramifications. So while trying to kill me, 2 guards can essentially murder an entire town. And nobody does [censored]. These aren't two "come with us to jail peacefully" guards either, they want me dead. Period. Then when I try and defend myself, ALL guards turn hostile. Really Bethesda?
