Greetings fellow dragonborns. As the guard of windhelm, i have decided to join the war against the empire. The problem?

The civil war felt so rushed. Are there any mods which add new quests to the civil war? Someone has found out that bethesda added additional quests and dialogs for the civil war(e.g. we are taking the city of dawnstar, gogogo) etc.But they have never been used. So is there a mod that expands the civil war similarly to the 'darkbrotherhood resurrection part 1'?
