On my last playthrough I did the civil war just before season unending and after doing almost every side quest. Now I find myself about to start the MQ before doing any other relevant side quest, but I'd like to do the civil war on imperial side very soon. is there any conflict or any quest that won't be available after winning the war that I should be aware of?
