Its only a request if it doesn't exist yet! I don't think it does though. At least not on Skyrim Nexus.

I'm looking for a mod that can make your fingernails look more like claws; think Dracula from Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992). I'm no modder myself, but it doesn't seem very difficult to create a pair of fingernail/claw gloves that take up an unused slot. In fact, there is a mod similar to that called Kaw's Claws-Colored Long Nails by Foxey (on Skyrim Nexus) that makes longer nails in different colors for characters with a taste for fashion. So its definitely possible!

I ask because I'm role-playing as a werewolf and the way I see it, a werewolf should look a bit feral even in human form. So far I have long hair, yellow eyes (courtesy of The Eyes of Beauty by LogRaam), and...actually that's about it. Claws would just be great though! Especially with a mod that gave other races the hand-to-hand animations of Khajiit, but that's a different subject completely. It'd also be nice for vampires, as well.
