No Clean Hands Achievement : Othor Games

i just completed my 2nd playthrough of this amazing game without killing anyone, even says so on the mission stats but I haven't got the achievement. I'll post my screen caps later on.

Same thing happened to me. I didn't get ghost either. I only got Shadow. What's going on?

There's a bug with these achievements.. forum mods haven't said anything about it.

I see that there quiet a few players out there that are frustrated with this "bug" or "glitch"
Don't get me wrong the game is great I just don't really want to play though it a 3rd time and find out the same issue happens.

Followed all of these pointers and didn't get the achievement clean hands nor ghost but gut got shadow.
Some insight as to getting these achievements would be great.

Using non-lethal methods on Granny is still a kill?! How is anyone supposed to know that this will ruin their chances at a 100 point achievement? I could have had a lot more fun stabbing people, but I wanted to get a no-kill play-thru my first time. And saving that idiot from Granny cost me my achievement.

I'm in the same boat, all levels are checked with Ghost and Didn't Kill Anyone (see vid), but no "Ghost" or "Clean Hands" Achievement.

I did neutralize Granny Rags, though, choked her out eventually, but the game said she's "unconscious" when I put her in her bed, and as the post above me reads apparently that's a deal-breaker... weird.

Well I didn't even get shadow cause apparently I was seen on mission 7 :/ some help from Arkane would be nice, don't point me in the way of that cause I done everything right and still no achievement

I am having the same problem as many with the no kill achievement. All of my missions on my Very Hard play-through have the checkmark stating that I did not kill anyone but no achievement. Why did I get the no kill checkmark on Mission 7 when I did indeed sleepdart Granny Raggs after casting the cameo into the furnace?

You can't use sleep dart on her. Pickpocket the key and run. It is the only way.

Does it count as a kill if i steal the key and unlock Slackjaw and he kills her after i burn the cameo to ?

EDIT: I just started a new game and realised that i propobly killed the 2 assassins in the dunwall towers the first thing i did
and did not think about it since then. I think its sad that i choked out all in the game be for realised thou.......

Well I also have this issue. I completely AVOIDED granny!!
I still didnt get the achievement. All my missions are ticked on both, and i did NOT kill the weepers Havelock tells me to go and see.

Been through TWICE!

Arkane: your lack of acknowledgement on this widespread issue upsets me. Therefore I boycott your games until it's fixed.... Dishonored 2? No thanks

Wish I had read this before attempted for the second time. Avoided Granny Rags and everything. No detection or kills the entire game and still nothing except the Shadow achievement. I'm afraid to try for any other achievements because of this experience.
