So I'm here again, with yet another question. So I went through the entire game without killing a soul. At least I thought I did. Especially at the part with granny rags and Sokolov I stopped time, took her key, and then blinked out of the exit. But there was one thing that was weird, whenever I took the key and blinked out of there, it said that Granny rags has seen me and I was to kill her Cameo. I don't know if that counts to anything but that's all I did, I just take the key and ran, so I have no idea who I killed. that part is usually the biggest problem in the game and I think I did it right so yeah I'm having trouble understanding how I didn't get the clean hands achievement along with ghost and for the love of god, it better of not been the rats because I made sure no one could touch my knocked out victims. Please help;'/ do i have to play the entire game again?

You didn't poision the distillery did you? Also, did you check at the end of each mission if you had any kills?

I am almost there and i am dreading that part now every one has had problems.

Just don't do any Granny missions and you are sorted... Gives you a free pass through the Sewer Grate at the end too so no having to mess about finding the key. I got both Ghost and Clean Hands doing it that way.
