Is it possible to cleanse the stones out of sequence in regards to vising Temple Mirak without affecting the MQ?

Don't you need the bend will shout? Which you get from the main quest?

You can get the first bend will word from the word wall in the north where the serpentine dragon is. I though of this too but I didnt try cleansing them before having the quest initiated for fear of it bugging.
