I'm going to try and keep this as simple as I can: I am stressed out of my mind these days to no avail. Be it money issues, family issues, relationship issues or work problems, all these things are creating a chaotic singularity for me and its getting harder to trek on.
Any advice on how to deal and manage these issues better? Anything you've got, just throw it at me.
Or stress tips in general I suppose.
