[RELZ] Cobl Races : IV - Oblivion

read above about Elaborate Eyes and Cobl Races.

Capucine Glowing Eyes are included in Cobl Races

So how would i start even begining to make Capucine's eyes glow. I just have Cobl races and the glow versions aren't glowing. I have no experience but i want glowing eyes that should glow. Note i have no mod making experience.

What about Ethereal Eyes and COBL? Is it compatible? I've been running them together for a while now and I dont see any obvious problems.

Ethereal Eyes has it's own meshes, but it also has two different ESPs. That may avoid the problem of mixing meshes and textures from different mods.
