Cocktail Lounge, Lucky 38 : Fallout: New Vegas

So I'm trying to get to the Cocktail Lounge in Lucky 38 in order to get the last snowglobe.
But when I press the use button on the elevator it shows Penthouse and Presidential Suite and a stay here option but no Cocktail Lounge.
Any idea on if this is a bug or if I can fix it somehow?

(Xbox 360, no console commands please)

The Cocktail Lounge is in the Penthouse.

At least I don't remember going into a special room for that. I found it just after talking to House for the first time.

Nope. The cocktail lounge is it's own floor through the elevator.
Had to reload to my first character and go around and take all snowglobes again.

I think it's actually in the same cell as the Suite? or one of the other floors, so you could TCL to it if need.

The option doesn't appear until after you accept the mission from House to go after Benny.

I loaded up my previous character and got in this time.
Got the achievement.
Still, the floor shouldn't be closed off for collectors.

I told Mr. House no and I was still able to get to the Cocktail Lounge. I don't remember how right now. He still comped me the Penthouse but I never went up there.

I only had 4 Snow Globes but sold them because I needed the caps. Don't forget to do that before you do anything to Mr. House, if you're going that way.

I have a feeling Mr. House is not done with me though.

After I took out House, and took over the '38, I was able to reach that floor.

Well,it is the same cell as the Penthouse. However, once you have access to the Penthouse, you have access to the Cocktail Lounge.

I thought you don't get access to the lounge until your given the Presidential Suite(your living quarters).

I like to collect unique things. Would I lose them permanently if I don't get rid of them? Couldn't I just hide them somewhere else, like another container? I want to keep them :sad:

there is a display table in your suite....you keep them and get 2k in caps....

I thought you don't get access to the lounge until your given the Presidential Suite(your living quarters).

I forget exactly when it is unlocked. I just loaded up the game and went up there, but I thought the first time I just walked up some steps to get to it....

Anyway, the Elevator is the way to get there.

Wow! I totally forgotabout that. (read it somewhere). Where is it at? I have the suite, but don't recall seeing it.

That happened to me, but i chose accept the mission after i looked at all the other options and then it worked.

Does anybody know what purpose the cocktail lounge serves other then a place to dump a snowglobe? Seems like a big empty space, may aswell have left the globe in the casino area and not even had the extra loading zone.
