Hello,

For some reason I never wandered over to the Dam when I was in the area and ended up doing the Khan quest first and now when I talk to Moore she only says leave me be and we shoot people snooping around. I am not sure if there is anyway to get her to open up her quests at this point. Anyone help me out.

You may need to talk to NCR Ambassador Crocker in New Vegas first. He gives you the directive to talk to the major after ensuring that you are NCR "worthy"
