And I'm not blaming, in particular the CM team (Cry-Tom, Cry-Adam). Because it may or may not be their fault. It could be EA's or Crytek's fault for giving them no information to answer us with. We don't know whether they actually have no information, or DO have info but aren't willing to give it out.
Whatever the reason, the quality of attention given to the community is garbage, and it has been so for at least 6 months. They STILL haven't released any 1080p HD footage, even after release. They refuse to tell us what they're planning in response to our feedback. They don't even acknowledge most of our feedback (In contrast to DICE who recently asked the community for ideas on BF3).
If they're not going to do what we want, that's fine. They should tell us that they're not going to so we can stop asking. Just a yes or a no. Personally I am more likely to get angry at them if they ignore us, as opposed to just telling us the truth even if it's a no.
I don't care what the answer is, as long they give it to us and as long as it's the truth. If you (Cry-Adam, Cry-Tom or whoever), don't know the answer. Please find out. If you are going to try and find out, please tell us that you're working on it so that we can all CALM DOWN.
So, maybe you could say something [useful] about some of these. A yes or a no is all that is necessary, but more detail is welcomed.
