If you're on pc, you can look up the code on uesp. If you're on console, not AFAIK.

I had Dawnbreaker--which I had acquired legitimately--suddenly and unaccountably disappear from my inventory. It's one of my favorite weapons, so I used the console to spawn it. The next time I loaded the game, I had two of them (first time I've heard of a "Dawnbreaker disappearing/reappearing" bug). Now I carry one and have the other mounted on a wall. So, no, it won't break your game to spawn one. Even if it's a second one, evidently.
