I am having issues advancing in the quest line for the Companions. I did "Proving Honor" with Farkas and my quest was completed without the "Return to Jorrvaskr" crossed off. There was no ceremony when I returned and nobody will give me any quests..

I looked up some stuff online about this and played around with the console commands and I might have made it worse. Now I don't have Proving Honor or Taking up Arms listed, and it says I've completed one of the Radiant quests (Trouble in Skyrim). It also seems to me that none of the console commands are working anymore. I've tried setstage C01 10, as well as C00 and I've also tried the startquest command.

Not sure what to do here, but I sure don't want to have to start a new game. Can anyone help me please?
